The Back Pack Project is a joint effort with the Family Resource Centre Society, North Okanagan Youth and Family Services Society, School District #22, Whitevalley Community Resource Centre Society, Vernon Alliance Church and Teens Count Too.  This project provides school supplies and some backpacks to students Grades 1 through 12 when they return to school in the fall.  Approximately 500 students are assisted on an annual basis.  Teens Count Too assists with a financial commitment to the teens covered by this project.  Because more backpacks are needed, we are hoping to increase our financial support this year.
